General Ledger: Automate accounting entries’ operations
Generate Accounting Entries
FrontInvest’s accounting module handles clients' business transactions and all of the operations of an accounting team. The accounting module allows the concurrent implementation of multiple charts of accounts in order to comply with respective national and international standards (such as country-specific GAAP and IFRS).
FrontInvest offers a multi-currency solution capable of automating business transactions. All accounting entries can be generated automatically by FrontInvest or can be entered manually. Accounting entries can then be reviewed and validated. A set of accounting reports can then be automatically generated.
Different profiles can be defined and associated with specific access rights and validation workflow to ensure that fund specific internal control and compliance is met. For example, a junior accountant will be authorized to input operations, but not validate them. The senior accountant will be able to review them and approve them so they become effective within the application.
