eFront and Cougar Software have announced the formation of a new strategic partnership, offering the first real-time integrated real estate forecasting, portfolio modeling, and investor management solution.

This partnership combines deep domain experience and best of breed technologies in real estate and private equity to address the increased market demand for an end-to-end, tenant-to-investor performance management solution.
