Fund Raising capabilities allow GPs to manage the entire fundraising process with FrontGP.  Fund raisers can manage prospective investors and track activity and sentiment, all the way through the process to commitment.  Fund raising capabilities include:

  • Management of key activities and data points needed to properly qualify investors, and bring them through the commitment process, such as commitment range, probability, timing, current status, documents and correspondence, and action items and dates
  • Tracking of historical activity, such as meetings, calls, emails and documents shared, to ensure that everyone can stay up to date with what’s happened with a prospective investor
  • Dynamic dashboards and reports, that provide up to date insight into where things stand, from an investor or fund perspective, and facilitate internal fund raising discussions
  • Integration with the eFront investor portals, to facilitate communications, a great prospective investor experience, and help provide additional insight into prospect interest levels
  • Integration with Microsoft Outlook, to simplify tracking of emails, calendar events and tasks (no dual entries), and allow fund raisers to keep their working calendar, task list and emails in one place
  • Individual or mass mailings, to simplify the communication process, particularly with large audiences of potential investors
