Implementation consultants provide the full range of post sales activities. These will involve
implementation support including product installation & configuration. Data conversion activities
usually need to be undertaken as well as user training.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis of client’s business processes & system requirements
- Customising the product using meta-data
- Managing client engagements over the life-cycle of the project via formal meetings and
project documents
- Liaise with eFront development staff for any enhancement requests or bespoke development
- Application testing and reconciliation activities
- Conduct formal product training
Skills:
- Accounting
- Relational databases (MS SQL Server and MS Access or Oracle)
- PC skills notably MS Office suite (MS Word & MS Excel)
- Report writing
- General problem solving and methodical approach
- Strong management & communication skills
Experience:
- Graduate or equivalent qualification
- Accountancy or consulting firm experience
- Enterprise application implementation & support
- Private Equity and Venture Capital or Finance
Location:
Based in London office with travel (Northern Europe & Uk)
