	Graduate Consultant Description: Graduate consultants required for successful fast growing financial software company - eFront Financial Solutions. Dynamic, enthusiastic and keen graduates are needed to join eFront's established consulting team. You will need to be prepared to learn all aspects of the alternative assets (private equity and venture capital) industry as well as client consulting and customer service. eFront Financial Solutions is the European leader in private equity software and is now looking to further grow the consultancy team organically. Degree Requirements: We would like to hear from anyone irrespective of degree background (although degrees in IT, Business, Finance or Accounting would be of advantage) with a 2.1 or above. 	Implementation Consultant Implementation consultants provide the full range of post sales activities. These will involve implementation support including product installation & configuration. Data conversion activities usually need to be undertaken as well as user training. Responsibilities: - Analysis of client’s business processes & system requirements - Customising the product using meta-data - Managing client engagements over the life-cycle of the project via formal meetings and project documents - Liaise with eFront development staff for any enhancement requests or bespoke development - Application testing and reconciliation activities - Conduct formal product training Skills: - Accounting - Relational databases (MS SQL Server and MS Access or Oracle) - PC skills notably MS Office suite (MS Word & MS Excel) - Report writing - General problem solving and methodical approach - Strong management & communication skills Experience: - Graduate or equivalent qualification - Accountancy or consulting firm experience - Enterprise application implementation & support - Private Equity and Venture Capital or Finance Location: Based in London office with travel (Northern Europe & Uk) Send email
