| Olivier Dellenbach: Founder and CEO |

As a Polytechnique graduate (1981), he started his career at the end of 1984 as an IT consultant within the IT services firm TECSI, a subsidiary of GSI. At the end of 1987, he co-founds NAT Systèmes becoming its Chairman in 1989. In 1988, he signs a sub-contracting agreement with Microsoft and creates two major products for that publisher. At the end of 1990, he markets a development tool called NSDK which, in less than 5 years, is sold to over 150 major financial players, thereby generating turnover of over €25 million by the end of 1995.
At the end of 1998, with offices in 8 different European countries, the company, is sold to Canadian Group Cognicase. At the time, it employed over 250 people and made a turnover of more than €35 million.

At the beginning of 1999, Olivier Dellenbach leaves Cognicase, where he was CTO, and founds eFront with a team of developers stemming from NAT Systèmes. |
| Stuart Keeler: Managing Director eFront Limited (London) |

Having graduated from West of england University (1990), Stuart Keeler starts his career at Diagram Systems - a publisher of banking applications - where he holds a variety of duties before being appointed sales manager in charge of the British subsidiary. In 1997, he is recruited to restructure and revitalise C-Dilla Limited, a company specialised in the management of digital rights. After his successful sale of the company in June 1999, he joins a private equity management firm as manager of an equity portfolio.

In 2002, he joins eFront as Managing Director of the British subsidiary. |
| Tarek Chouman: Managing Director, Asia & Middle-East |

As a graduate of ISIM (1994), he started his career in IT services. In 1997, he joins the Logispace Group to take charge of the development of a software suite dedicated to the management of big companies' real estate assets. In 1999, he joins Canadian Group Cognicase, as Manager of integration and engineering activities in Europe.

In 2003, he joins eFront as Services Manager before being appointed Managing Director for France and Continental Europe in 2004. In 2008, he opens eFront's office in Dubai as Managing Director for Asia & Middle-East. |
| Thomas Nokin: Chief Technology Officer |

As a graduate of Polytechnique (1989) and ENSTA (1992), he started his career as consultant at NAT Systèmes before joining the product development centre. He is then in charge of the development of the objects broker of NAT Systèmes, then of the NatWeb tool to create dynamic Websites. From 1999 to 2004, he co-founds and becomes CTO of American company PackOnline, whose mission is to supply health professions with light client management software marketed on the Internet in ASP mode.

In 2002, he joins eFront where he is now Technical Director. |
| Matthieu Plessis: Chief Administrative and Financial Officer |

Having graducated from ESSCA (Angers) in 1990, he worked at Glaxo before joining SFR-CEGETEL in 1992 where he was successively put in charge of the tracking of the subsidiaries, the Cegetel Group's management report, then the Group's financial studies and scheduling, before joining Cegetel entreprises in 1998 as Controller of data and internet offers.

At the beginning of 2001, he joined eFront as Chief Administrative and Financial Officer. |
