In addition to in-depth knowledge of eFront products, our consultants all have significant experience in the various areas of finance or in implementing changes. Thanks to their backing, eFront is able to supply you with immediate operational teams capable of quickly understanding the specificities of your situation.

The implementation of eFront solutions comprises an integration and setting phase whose duration depends on the solution chosen and degree of customisation opted for. This phase allows the deployment of the full power of eFront solutions through perfect integration with existing IT systems. They totally fit in with your organisation and processes, by preserving validation and management procedures: user profiles and access rights. In addition, eFront solutions easily adapt to your company's specific vocabulary and ergonomic preferences.

eFront also trains users and administrators of its solutions on all available functionalities. These courses are designed with three objectives in mind: being instructive, entertaining and, most importantly, suiting to your company's specific context: They put the emphasis on your own terminology and "habits and customs", and the examples used directly stem from your company's internal procedures and data (e.g. for the automatic production of reports). A specific course is also available for administrators of eFront solutions.

ASP Mode, Server Hosting or Total Outsourcing:  
 
If the size or positioning of your company or the amount or frequency of data you process do not justify investment in internal IT resources or licenses, eFront offers you to host its solutions. This may be done in several different ways:
 
 
ASP mode: you use eFront solutions on a rental basis by connecting to the eFront website, without any intitial outlay on your part. The cost is then based on indicators of your "consumption" (e.g. number of user logins)
Server hosting : the servers and software licenses are your property, but eFront takes charge of their physical hosting, their IT and network maintenance, and the update of the solutions
Total outsourcing: eFront supplies the server and takes charge of the hosting of your solution (on a dedicated or pooled server), IT and network maintenance, and the update of the solutions

Consulting Package:  
 
As our collaboration is a long-term endeavour, eFront offers you a "consulting package" once the solution has been deployed: our teams are there to support you on the basis of a "time credit". This set-up gives you great flexibility by doing away with contract lead times and procedures for each new request.
