eFront Insight Research publishes the performance benchmarks for private market funds based on the cash-flow data up to June 30th, 2022.
In Q2 2022, private markets saw a -2.37% return for the quarter, with Buyout funds losing 2.69% in value and Venture Capital funds losing 7.81%.
The historical pooled average investment-to-date IRR for the global private market funds stands at 11.58%.
The performance is calculated using the cash-flow data of more than 7,200 unique private market funds and it is provided on a net-of-fee basis.
