New ESG Outreach module now available to help private markets investor
eFront Insight’s new ESG Outreach module provides private markets managers and investors with a quantifiable ESG monitoring framework, helping them integrate sustainability into their investment processes and meet regulatory demands.
July 22, 2021 – BlackRock has added new capabilities to its eFront Insight platform to help clients reach their sustainable investment goals. Built in partnership with the eFront Insight client community, the new ESG Outreach module is a centralized, out-of-the-box solution that gathers and analyzes ESG data for private markets investors and fund managers across their investments. It is embedded within the Insight Sustainability offering.
ESG Outreach provides investors and fund managers with insight into their portfolios’ ESG risk and performance through a standardized and quantifiable set of ESG metrics. This is achieved by establishing a universal questionnaire covering key tracking metrics across a portfolio of private assets, centered around industry standards and regulations and feedback from investors.
Managers and investors can use ESG Outreach data to establish a rigorous ESG monitoring process with quantifiable targets and an effective reporting framework. They can compare their ESG credentials against closely aligned peer groups and better understand risk and performance. eFront Insight’s new ESG Outreach module will help investors prepare to meet evolving regulatory demands and established reporting standards.
