By granting the status of Partner, eFront recognizes expertise within specific domains in different geographical areas. Two main categories of partners exist: Strategic Partners, the go-to-market partners who distribute and, in some cases, implement eFront solutions; and Integration Partners, who focus only on supporting the deployment of eFront solutions.
Within each category, classification results from a combination of expertise depth, proven track record and quality of relationship with eFront.
While eFront recommends its clients to always involve eFront implementation experts, eFront’s Integration Partners can support clients within the Partners’ areas of expertise. eFront doesn’t bear responsibility for the work undertaken by its Integration Partners, and specifically advises clients to exclusively use eFront implementation experts for system configuration and architecture work. eFront, by default, will not support systems for which its own experts have not supervised the architecture or configuration.
