Olivier Dellenbach


Olivier Dellenbach founded eFront in 1999. He was the Chief Executive Officer up until 2018, when he took on the role of Executive Chairman, in order to focus on innovation projects in the data and analytics area. Olivier has extensive experience in the alternative investment and risk management industries, uniquely positioning him to shape the company’s strategic direction, ensuring innovation remains at its core.

Prior to founding eFront, Olivier co-founded NAT Systèmes in 1987, becoming its chairman in 1989. The company was sold to the Canadian group Cognicase in 1998. Olivier is a graduate of École Polytechnique, one of the most selective engineering schools in Europe.

Deep Shah


Xavier is a Partner and works out of the London/Paris offices. He is responsible for Bridgepoint’s Media & Technology team and joined the Firm in 1998. He currently sits on the eFront’s board. Prior to joining Bridgepoint, he worked at Total and Ernst & Young. Xavier is a graduate of Ecole des Mines (Engineering).

Elie Vannier


Elie is an independent non-executive director of eFront. He began his career as a broadcast journalist and editor, before taking senior executive roles in the industrial, information technology and financial services sectors.

In addition to eFront, Mr Vannier is chairman of Hovione, a Hong Kong-based fine chemicals group, a board member at GlobalCollect, a Dutch world-leader in online payments, chairman of the Strategic Committee at Ingenico, world leader in payment solutions, and a partner at Paris-based private equity family office, Groupe Chevrillon. Elie is also a visiting professor at Peking University in China. He is a graduate of Paris I-Sorbonne University.



Mason is an independent non-executive director of eFront. He covered a number of executive positions at leading financial information and software companies over his career.

In addition to eFront, Mason is Chairman and principal owner of FT Media Holdings LLC, Director and investor in Scribestar PLC, RS Energy Holdings Inc., Ipan GMBH and Certara LLC. During his career, Mason was Executive Chairman of Interactive Data Corporation, a principal owner and Director of iParadigms LLC, Chairman, President and CEO as well as a principal investor in MLM Information Services, Chairman and CEO of Information Holdings, Inc., President and CEO of Thomson Financial (now Thomson Reuters), Chairman and CEO of Securities Data Corp., President and CEO, founder and a principal owner of Dealers Digest Inc., and more.

He graduated magna cum laude from Amherst College and earned his MBA from Harvard University.

Martin Dunn

Edward WOODS

Edward is a Partner, he is responsible for liaison with Bridgepoint’s global investor base, fund reporting and fund raising. Prior to this he was a member of the London Investment Team and a member of the Media & Technology sector team.

Transactional experience includes Clinical Solutions, ERM, Care UK, Tilney Asset Management, NES and Bank Machine. Edward worked at Citigroup Investment Banking and Schroders, in the UK M&A and consumer teams. He is a graduate of the University of Cambridge.

David Nicault


David is a Director and a member of the Media & Technology and Consumer sector teams. He joined Bridgepoint in 2009 and is based in Paris. David sits on the Boards of Calypso and eFront. Previous transactions include Médi-Partenaires, Flexitallic, Ponant, Foncia and Histoire d’Or.

Prior to joining Bridgepoint, he worked for The Boston Consulting Group in Spain as a management consultant. David graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique and the ENSAE in Paris, as well as the Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona.

Nadia CID

Nadia CID

Nadia joined Bridgepoint in 2017 as an Associate and is based in Paris. Nadia sits on the Board of eFront. Prior to joining Bridgepoint, she spent more than 4 years in the Mergers & Acquisitions team at Deutsche Bank both in the London’s Industrials Group and in the French execution team. Nadia graduated from ESSEC Business School.
